BUC's update

The 1sts have put themselves in a commanding position with a 6 point gap and only 3 games left to play, it is now down to them to win the remaining games to seal the title and give the BUFC 'golden generation' the promotion it has craved. The managerial duo of Kyle Wareing / Robin Gibbions have implemented a 4-3-3 formation, changing from 3-5-2 after Josh Stadnicki's unfortunate leg brake, this has led to a 7-1 away win over Salford and 3-1 home win against Cheshire.

The 2nds after a turbulent few weeks, which resulted in Manager's James Thomson & Andrew Rooney being relieved from their posts, finally got their season up and running. Manager Mark Barnes and interim David Burrows watched over a 4-0 victory of the 3rds who up until this point had been looking likely to gain promotion.

The 3rds have had a shaky start to the second half of the season, losing two on the trot but hit back with a 4-3 victory over Salford. They currently sit in 2nd place, two places above the 2nds and Manager Luke Saunders will be hoping that a strong finish to the season could see them in with a shout of gaining promotion.
